Your Home Purchase: When it's time to begin the search for your next home, again, be ready for many questions. I want us viewing homes that match your criteria; homes that match what you're looking for. Now, not all homes we see will be the right one, and I don't expect we will instantly find the right one, as we're continuing to refine our criteria as we view potential homes.
The Negotiations: Negotiating can be fun, and it can be gruelling and arduous. The good news: You provide me the goal, and I deal with the negotiating, providing you the information you need to make confident decisions, while shielding you from the mayhem.
